Q. Do you ship to Canada?
A. Yes, be sure to select International Priority Shipping at checkout.

Q. How many swimsuits come in a grab bag?
A. One swimsuit, of your color, size, and brand choice.

Q. Are the Grab Bags brand new swimsuits?
A. Yes, we do not sell used merchandise.

Q. How much will shipping cost?
A. Place all of the items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart. Than enter your zip code and select your
shipping method. Your shipping charge will be automatically calculated without even entering in your credit
card information.

Q. How long does it take for you to ship merchandise?
A. In stock merchandise can take up to 48 hours to ship excluding weekends and holidays. Keep in mind that
if one item becomes unavailable your order will be put on hold and you will be contacted regarding your
options. If you are unable to be reached we will remove the out of stock item and ship the in stock items.

Q. What is your return policy?

Q. How do I know if an item is clearance?
A. The item will be marked with the word clearance in red.

Q. What size swimsuit will I wear?
A. Please refer to our sizing charts as well as the sizing charts of the manufacturers. They can be found at
SwimsuitDiscounters.com/sizingchart

Q. Why are your prices so low?
A. We are an outlet store. Our parent company sends us their overstocks and discontinued merchandise.
Instead of selling to other dealers we pass these great deals onto the customer directly. The majority of our
prices are below wholesale cost.

Q. When do you get new merchandise in?
A. We do not always know when a new item may become available on our site. You may however contact
our livechat operators to inquire about merchandise not on our site. We have many products in stock, but not
available online to the public.

Q. Do you give team/bulk discounts?
A. Not usually, because we are an outlet our prices are already extremely low and in many cases below
wholesale cost. You may contact info@swimsuitdiscounters.com or our livechat to see if a team or bulk
discount on a particular item is available. Not all items are available for bulk or team discounts.

Q. Do you have any coupon codes?
A. Since we are an outlet we do not usually put out coupon codes. If we do though they are sent out through
our mailing list. If you are interested in a coupon code sign up for our mailing list so that the next time one
comes out you will receive one. You can sign up at the bottom of our homepage.

Q. I need to return an item how do I do that?
A. E-mail exchanges@swimsuitdiscounters.com your order number, they will e-mail you back the information
you will need to process your exchange.

Q. What is the difference between competition sizes and dress sizes for women?
A. Competition sizes are the sizes the manufacturers use when producing swimwear for competition or lap
swimming. These suits provide the most support. Dress sizes are regular dress sizes that you would find in
your local store, and tend to fit less snuggly. If you're looking to purchase a swimsuit for lap or competition
swimming the competition sized swimsuits are recommended.

Q. What is the difference in competition size 22 and dress size 22?
A. Competition size 22 usually fits children from around 2-6 years of age. Dress size 22 is the regular
women's plus size 22. A competition size 22 is a children's size and the dress size 22 is a women's plus size.

Q. Where do you ship from?

Q. Your shipping methods state times like Priority 2-3 days, what does this mean?
A. We ship within 48 hours of receipt of order Monday-Friday. So if you place an order on the weekend we
will receive it Monday morning. This means your order will ship by Wednesday morning. From there your
shipping method would be Priority 2-3 days. At this point you would expect delivery within 2-3 days of
shipment. If you ordered on a Tuesday your order would ship my Thursday. If you selected Standard
Shipping 3-7 days you would expect your order within 3-7 days after Thursday.

Q. When exchanging an item of lesser value for a greater value item will I be responsible for the difference?
A. Yes, if the item is more expensive than the item purchased you will be responsible for the price difference.

Q. If I'm exchanging an item for a lesser value item can I have the shipping taken from this difference?
A. Yes.

Q. Are swimsuits machine washable?
A. No, washing a swimsuit whether with or without detergent will break down the lycra in the suit causing it
to wear out quicker. The same will happen when the suit is placed in the dryer. Heat deteriorates lycra.
Chlorine will kill any bacteria in your suit. Rinse with cold water and hang to dry.
